the Rough Guide map is WAY better 
If you need more than the Interamericana, get the Rough Guide map to Costa Rica and Panama. The review that says this map is equivalent to one in a guidebook like Lonely Plant is correct. It covers way more roads. If you truly need a map, and we do since we'll be on our touring bikes, this one really doesn't cut it. .
