It clearly lays out the whole country and offers excellent recommendations on where to go and what to see. If you are planning a trip to Ireland this is an essential guide to have. Whether you are traveling to just a small part of the whole country this is a top notch travel guide and well worth the money. .

Heavy Reading
The photographs are very well done, and the mapage is not too shabby. Yes, this book is heavy - weight wise - but well worth the money. If this is your first trip to Ireland this book will serve you well to prepare for your trip. But, don't expect to carry it with you everywhere you go unless you've had your full Irish breakfast with pork'n'beans.

Excellent Ireland travel guide
It was wonderful! Organized well, color coded, beautiful pictures! I couldn't ask for a better book. I purchased the Ireland Eyewitness Travel Guide to prepare myself for a vacation I'll be taking.
