Valuable information on how to get there, yet for a book just published it is a little out of date. Fodor's See It Vietnam does have a lot of information about the country, it's history and people. Lonely Planet's Vietnam has better coverage of places to stay and see. If you are going to Saigon or Hanoi and have a lot of money then this is the guide for you. If you plan to visit other parts of Vietnam and are on a budget, then one of the other guides is your best choice. Buy this one for information and pictures, but get one of the other guides to take with you.
